MoreMEPhI invites foreign students from flagship universities of the State Corporation "Rosatom", studying for a master's degree in nuclear and related specialties, to take part in the competition for a scholarship from the State Corporation "Rosatom".
The program is aimed at forming a professional community of young leaders capable of creating and implementing innovative ideas in the field of nuclear technologies for sustainable social changes in the partner countries of the Rosatom State Corporation, encouraging high results in studies and scientific research, as well as becoming prize winners of various Olympiads, competitions, shows, contests and conferences."SCHOLARSHIP FOR FEMALE IAEA FELLOWSHIPS
MoreNamed after pioneer physicist and twice Nobel Prize laureate Marie Skłodowska-Curie, the Programme aims to inspire and encourage young women to pursue a career in the nuclear field, by providing highly motivated female students with scholarships for Master’s programmes and an opportunity to pursue an internship facilitated by the IAEA.
Selected students receive a scholarship for Master’s programmes in nuclear related studies at accredited universities. They are also provided with an opportunity to pursue an internship facilitated by the IAEA for up to 12 months.
Scholarships are awarded annually. In the selection of students consideration is given to field of study, and geographic and linguistic diversity as well as other factors. More information is available here.
Russian Government Scholarships for International Applicants
Every year, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation offers scholarships to international students for studying in Russia. The quotas are distributed by Rossotrudnichestvo (Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation) through its representative offices, as well as through Russian embassies abroad.
The scholarship includes:
- free tuition throughout the entire period in the chosen specialty
- monthly scholarship payment
The scholarship does not include:
- transportation costs
- accommodation expenses
- medical insurance
