Obninsk Tech Summer Institute: train-the-trainers

The "Obninsk Tech Summer Institute: train-the-trainers" will be held from 22 June to 6 July.

The programme is aimed at introducing teachers of foreign universities to the technological and educational potential of universities and partner companies of the International Research and Education Centre for Atomic and Allied Technologies "Obninsk Tech", improving the skills of participants in the field of creating the latest high-tech products, as well as exchange of experience of representatives of different countries and scientific and educational schools.

The programme will be attended by young teachers and researchers from partner universities from Vietnam, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Ethiopia, South Africa, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Serbia. The lecturers are specialists in electronics, electrical engineering, photonics, automation, nuclear technologies.

The programme includes 2 tracks:

1. Electronics and Electrical Engineering

The programme is aimed at professional development of the teaching staff of higher education institutions working in the field of electronic component base development.

2. Nuclear Technologies

Within the framework of the Nuclear Technologies programme, the University faculty will be introduced to approaches to training young specialists in the field of reactor operation, thermal-hydraulic and neutron-physical calculations.
