Obninsk Tech Female Summer School is evolving—transforming into the Obninsk Tech Leadership Academy, a hub for high-impact training programs that equip young professionals in the global nuclear industry with essential non-technical skills. From leadership and public speaking to career development, the Academy delivers exactly what future leaders need.
In recognition of the Obninsk Tech Female Summer School 2024, the Academy is launching in 2025 with a specialized program designed for young female professionals in nuclear and related fields, empowering them to build successful leadership careers in the industry.
